Founding list privacy notice
This notice covers the Callmate founding list (the sign-up form on this site) only. The Callmate app will have its own, fuller privacy notice and a data processing agreement for your customers' data before any account goes live. Who we are
The controller of your data (the organisation responsible for it) is HUELVA SKYRISE LIMITED, registered in Ireland, CRO 821280. Contact: [email protected].
To ask anything about your data, or to use any of your rights, email the address above.
What we collect
- Your name and your business name.
- Your trade and county.
- Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it.
- The date and time you joined and gave consent, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to.
That's all. Even though these are business details, a sole trader's name, email and phone number are personal data, so we treat them that way. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers.
To stop automated abuse, we limit how often the form can be sent from one internet connection. For this we keep a one-way scrambled code (a SHA-256 hash) of your IP address for up to one hour, then it is deleted automatically. We never store your IP address itself. Our hosting provider may keep its own short-lived technical logs (see "Who handles your data").
To keep bots off the form we also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that runs when the page loads. It looks at technical signals from your browser (for example the browser type and how the page behaves) to tell a person from an automated program. Cloudflare does this for us only to run that check, and we never see or keep those signals.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about Callmate and the founding offer (by email, or by phone if you gave a number), and to understand which trades and counties are interested so we know where to start.
Our lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. The box is never ticked for you. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and that won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We will not sell your details, use them for advertising, or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Callmate launches, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Then we delete it. If you become a customer, your account details are covered by the customer privacy notice instead.
Who handles your data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores the founding list (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV) and runs the Turnstile bot check on our behalf, as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum.
Cloudflare Workers KV is a global service, so copies of the founding list may be held in Cloudflare data centres outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and by Cloudflare's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (see cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa and dataprivacyframework.gov).
Only the small HUELVA SKYRISE LIMITED team sees the list. No one else receives your data.
Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it. We will.
- Withdraw consent / unsubscribe: at any time, by emailing the address above. Every email we send will also tell you how to leave the list.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Complain: you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection authority, at dataprotection.ie. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first, but you don't have to ask us before going to them.
We aim to reply within one month, as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before the change applies.
